Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.Key responsibilities include:
    • Utilize various online job portals and other recruitment tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture to effectively tailor the recruitment process.
    • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and client organization.
    • Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and make recommendations on potential hires.
    • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to clients and management.
