Dear candidate, We have an urgent opening for Software Development Engineer (Fullstack), Noida Location with our MNC Client . The Software Development Engineer will be responsible for all technical aspects of developing, integrating and supporting Adobes Telephony, Messaging, Chat, Forum platforms. This includes applications like CTI, Telephony, Live Engage, Lithium, Jive, Genesys, Bomgar etc. Primary responsibilities will include integrating and supporting existing platforms platform to meet Business needs and implement projects to rollout new technologies to enhance customer experience. Mandatory Skills: a) 4+ Years of development experience in Front End frameworks and technologies like React.js, Vue.js, Anjular.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jasmine, Karma, Python. b) Good experience in Java Client-Side Web Development & JavaScript Framework JavaScript, Node.js, CSS, HTML, Mocha, Java, jQuery, ExtJS and JavaScript MVC framework, web socket programming, experience building chrome extensions. c) 4+ years of strong experience in NoSQL technologies like Cassandra/ MongoDB and RDBMS like Oracle/MySQL. d) 2+ years of strong hands-on design & development experience with Java Server Development in Java, EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, Java Web App Server (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat). e) Good working knowledge on Azure, AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Splunk, Datadog. f) Strong Experience in Integration & API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML, Oauth, SAML, Open ID Connect, etc.). g) Person will be working in a dev-ops role, and will be involved in 24x7 Platform Operational Support, Performance Tuning, Alert & Monitoring. h) Development experience with MS Dynamics 365 and integrating with Telephony/Chat systems. i) Worked in a good Enterprise level organization with good exposure to SDLC development processes. j) Superb written and verbal communication skills, High Energy, Excellent Communication. General Requirements: a) Preferred, but not required 1+ years of specific platform experience is plus I. Chat Platform Development & Admin Experience (e.g. Live Person, Zendesk, Genesys) + Omni-Channel Messaging (Web, Facebook, SMS, Phone) OR II. Forum Platform Development & Admin Experience (e.g. Jive, Lithium) b) 2+ Years in 24x7 Platform Operational Support, Troubleshooting, Root Causing, Break-Fix, Performance Tuning, Alert & Monitoring c) Play key role and work with different teams resolving service impacting critical issues. d) Provide support for technical and infrastructure issues for chat, forums, telephony and remote support applications. e) Develop and implement process to reduce manual operations and automate routine operational activities. f) Work on proof of concepts to demonstrate new capabilities of the software. g) Well versed with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gradle, IntelliJ.
