We are hiring for 20 Top International Bpos/3MNC BANKS in Noida and Gurgaon location.We have Day shift ,UK shift, US shift and Australian shift.Process you can apply for-1. Customer Service.2.   • Handle Incoming/outgoing call from the clients.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
