Job Description

    Elite Business Solution is Hiring Hr Intern (Work from Home)Elite Business Solution is looking for enthusiastic Hr Interns to join our remote team.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working from home.Responsibilities:
    • Source and share daily candidate line-ups.
    • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
    • Make 70-90 calls per day for candidate outreach.
    • Maintain and update candidate records.
    • Support hiring activities and collaborate with senior recruiters.
    Requirements:
    • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource or a Business-related field.
    • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Ability to manage time effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of Ms Office.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in the related field.
    Internship Details:
    • Stipend: 2,000 Incentives
    • Timings: 10:00 - 07:00 (Sunday Off)
    • Duration: 3 months
