Job Description

    Location: FaridabadSalary : 30k CTCKey Responsibilities:1. PT Line 7 Tank Process Pointage Inspection and Report Formation :- Conduct regular inspections of PT Line 7 tank processes.- Generate inspection reports every 4 hours, detailing any deviations or issues encountered.2. Sustaining and Keeping 5S:- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standardization within the paint shop according to the 5S principles.3. First Trolley Parts Approval Report:- Verify the quality and specifications of parts on the first trolley.- Prepare and submit approval reports as per established procedures.4. Dip Test, DFT Test, Scratch Test:- Perform dip tests, dry film thickness (DFT) tests, and scratch tests to ensure coating quality meets standards.5. Movement of Material According to Production Plan:- Coordinate with production planners to ensure timely movement of materials according to production schedules.6. Tank Cleaning, Preparation of Chemicals:- Execute thorough tank cleaning procedures and prepare chemicals required for painting processes.7. Taking Follow-Up from Cleaners & Painters:- Monitor and follow up with cleaning staff and painters to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.8. Checking Primer Coating Thickness & Viscosity:- Measure primer coating thickness and viscosity regularly to maintain quality standards.9. Sending Parts for Rework from Paint Shop:- Identify parts requiring rework or touch-up and coordinate their transfer to the appropriate department.10. Handover Planning to Next Shift:- Prepare comprehensive handover plans, detailing ongoing tasks, issues, and pending actions for the next shift.11. Kaizen:- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing Kaizen ideas to enhance efficiency and quality in the paint shop.Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum B.tech (Mechanical - Majorly)or diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in painting or related fields preferred.- Proven experience working in a paint shop or similar manufacturing environment.- Strong understanding of paint application techniques, coating thickness measurement, and quality control processes.- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Knowledge of 5S principles and experience implementing them in the workplace is an advantage.Intrested candidate can send their cv on mail id - hidden_emailwhatsapp no. hidden_mobile
