About the team: Mobiquest (Paytm m Loyal )is a self-serve mobile loyalty, data analytics & precision marketing platform that beautifully combines the use of mobile technology, coupled with web based CRM and visual analytics to produce amazing business results for retail brands. The ease of deployment, hassle free SAAS model and fanatic functionality makes it the most desirable tool for marketers to drive huge ROI on their marketing ideas / campaigns / budgets. About the role: We are looking for a Delivery/Onboarding associate for seamless integration of new merchant partners with the Mobiquest platform. He/she must have experience in bringing a new merchant partner from PO to Go-Live stage. Expectations/Requirements: 1- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team. 2- Skilled in Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written). 3- Management - Large Client base, brand portfolios, offers & promotions across categories. 4- Ensure monthly & yearly targets associated with the brands/offers and programs. 5- Increase the Brand portfolio spends & active rates with the marketing programs. 6- Regular offline or online meetings with the clients to ensure continuous brand growth. 7- Explore monetization opportunities at the clients side. 8- Ability to manage large team & work along with cross functional team. 9- Liaison with all internal stakeholders during the monthly, quarterly or yearly planning. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1- 2-4 years of experience in Mall Loyalty or similar background. 2- Prior experience in data analytic tools & delivering presentations to the clients. 3- Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skills. 4- Good written and interpersonal skills. 5- Expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must. 6- Experience of working on Advanced analytics & Tableau/SQL (Statistical modeling). 7- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 8- Self motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments.
