Job Description

    Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    • Analyze reports and recommend corrective actions that support fulfillment of case handling KPIs
    • Responsible for data analysis, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for assigned customer
    • Collate reports, exceptions and variance analysis for Care KPIs
    • Design report structure and define data requirements required for data analysis
    • Use data analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable tasks to share with stakeholders to drive improvements & decisions
    • Support CaDM and technical leads in case handling and operational management of care operations governance/reviews with trend analysis for assigned customer/CT
    • Participate & support CSS e2e case handling gov.& reviews
    • Lead the analytics effort on development of analytical models and share insights of past and future performance
    • Drive proactive maintenance of care operations through analytical mindset and forward-looking trend analysis
    • Drive check and balance on corrective action implementation in collaboration with tech leads
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • Highly developed and demonstrated problem solving, analytical & numeric and strong verbal/written communications skills are essential
    • In-depth knowledge on Care tools (NCT, Cockpit and Boxi) and KPIs across fulfillment, process, productivity and quality
    • Highly proficient on data analysis and business performance measures
    • Hands-on experience in applying quality practices (lean & six sigma) to develop corrective actions
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Power BI)
    • Having at least 4-6 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
