Job Description

    You will join the Performance Management team in Global Sales Support (GSS) unit which is a centralized team of data analyst providing comprehensive data analytics and reporting support to GSS, CX & BGs within Nokia.What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, we are looking for:
    • SharePoint professional who works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to improvements in business outcome.
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • Overall more than 10 years of working/relevant experience with must have hands on experience in SharePoint, Software development, along with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
    • Candidate must have SharePoint Content Management experience including working knowledge of SharePoint best practices, customizing SharePoint sites, managing portal content, and maintaining sites.
    • Should have experience in SharePoint Online /On-Premises Development - Master Pages, Layouts, Web Parts, OOTB Features, Permission.
    • Should have experience in SSOM, CSOM, REST API and SPFx.
    • Must have experience in working with Power App Components and Collection.
    • Must have experience in business automation process using Microsoft Power Automate.
    • Should have experience in creating reports using Power BI desktop and services.
    • Should have good Knowledge of Responsive Design and its integration with SharePoint.
    • Skilled Developer in following technologies: SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery/Angular JS/React JS, SharePoint Designer, Bootstrap.
    • Must have good communication skills with ability to work in individual basis and in team as well.
    • Good analytical Skills, Business insight and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data.
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Good sales pipeline and financial understanding
    • MS Excel and ppt (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, etc.)
    • Good understanding of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Master Data (CMD), Einstein Analytics for reporting, Power BI
    • Articulation and visualization of presentations to senior mgmt
    • Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
    • Work experience in formatting documents (MS Word, Excel, Ppt)
    • Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
    • Prior experience of having maintained/ developed Operation reports through Data Mining/Crunching in the past would be a significant plus.
    • VBA/Advance Excel.
    • Python.
    • M-query & DAX
