Job Description

    You are being recruited for the U.K Voice Process (Personal Banker) by Barclays in Pune or Noida with a salary up to 8,50,000. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for voice, email, and chat processes. Your role will involve interacting with customers and providing assistance to them.**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle customer queries through voice, email, and chat- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information- Adhere to company policies and procedures while assisting customers**Qualifications Required:**- Excellent command over English language- Willingness to work in U.S or U.K shifts- Minimum qualification of 10th Pass (SSC) with 6 months of experienceBarclays offers a competitive salary package with bonuses and growth opportunities.
