Job Description

    Perform preventive maintenance on fixtures such as auguring clogged drain lines, repairingleaking faucets, replacing worn or bad fixtures, etc. Troubleshoot and maintain electronic circuit boardson fixtures. Read meters and report water usage. Install and maintain pipes and fittings includingassembly, cutting, threading, and victaulic grooving to accomplish goals. Perform plumbing, heating andpipe fitting repair and replacement including high-pressure steam systems, hot water heating systems,drainage systems, etc. Maintain culinary water systems and test and repair backflow prevention devices.Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies including ordering replacement materials, filling outassociated forms, repairing damaged or broken equipment etc

Keyskills :
strong critical thinking troubleshooting skills.proficiency in reading blueprints using plumbing tools.good interpersonal skills patience.valid plumbing license.
