Job Description

    The OpportunityThe Software Development Engineer will be responsible for all technical aspects to develop, integrate and support Adobes Telephony, Messaging, Chat platforms. This includes applications like Genesys Engage, Genesys Pure Cloud, Amazon Connect etc. Primary responsibilities will include developing, integrating and supporting these platforms to meet Business needs and implement projects to rollout new technologies to enhance customer experience.What youll DoGood to have 1+ years of specific platform experience Telephony / Chat Platform Development & Admin Experience (e.g. Genesys Engage, Genesys Pure Cloud, Live Person, Zendesk) + Omni-Channel Messaging (Web, Facebook, SMS, Phone)2+ Years in Platform Operational Support, Troubleshooting, Root Causing, Break-Fix, Performance Tuning, Alert & Monitoring Play key role and work with different teams resolving service impacting critical issues.Provide support for technical issues for Telephony and Messaging applications.Develop and implement process to reduce manual operations and automate routine operational activities.Work on proof of concepts to demonstrate new capabilities of the software.Well versed with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gradle, IntelliJ.What you need to succeed4+ Years of development experience in Front End frameworks and technologies like React.js, Vue.js, Anjular.js, HTML5, CSS. Good experience in Java Client-Side Web Development & JavaScript Framework JavaScript, Node.js, CSS, HTML, Java, jQuery, ExtJS and JavaScript MVC framework, web socket programming, experience building chrome extensions.Strong Experience in Integration & API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML, Oauth, SAML, Open ID Connect, etc.).4+ years of strong experience in NoSQL technologies like Cassandra/ MongoDB and RDBMS like Oracle/MySQL.4+ years of hands-on development experience in Java, EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, Java Web App Server (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat.) Good working knowledge on Azure, AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Splunk, Datadog.Good to have domain knowledge & working experience on CTI, Telephony, Chat, Messaging platforms (e.g. Genesys Engage, Genesys Pure Cloud, Live Person, Amazon Connect)Good to have development experience with MS Dynamics 365 and integrating with Telephony/Chat systems.Worked in a good Enterprise level organization with good exposure to SDLC development processes.Superb written and verbal communication skills, High Energy, Excellent Communication.Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study, and five or more years previous experience in similar profile/domain.,
