Job Description

    Excellent opportunity for the position of Primary Wing In-Charge from a well reputed CBSE affiliated School located at Noida.Position:Primary Wing InchargeSalary: upto 70K PM[Candidate should be strong in Pre Primary & Primary Academics](Position is for Pre Primary to Grade II)Responsibilities:To handle Junior Wing independently.
    • To lead the junior wing operations in line with the vision & mission
    • Day to day school administration and Driving the schools vision amongst the staff, students, parents and community
    • Time Table management, PTM Handling,Curriculum Development
    • Leading and developing Teachers through continuous training and feedback
    • Appropriate and exact delegation of responsibilities
    • Coordinating with the admin team for organizing events, programs etc.
    • Interacting with parents, guardians, as and when required
    • Responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school
    • Providing timely feedback to the Principal & Management in terms of scope of improvement
    Key Skills:Graduation & B.Ed.Strong in Academics.
    • Min. 6 - 7 years of work experience as PRT Teacher with minimum 3-4 years of work experience as Primary Wing Head/Junior Wing Headmistress from any reputed & established CBSE/IB School.

    • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill
    • High Leadership & People Management skills
    • Motivated, self-driven and experienced to lead the school forward.
