This team serves as an interface between end user of data and reporting platform. It involves data analytics as well as data maintenance. You will be responsible for managing a team which is doing analysis and creating reports and also maintaining data for senior stakeholders in the clients organization. You will also need to interact with the other teams and stakeholders to tackle business problems, gather and report status of ongoing projects.Responsibilities Manage a team of 8-10 people. End-to-end project management including day-to-day delivery, reporting, escalations etc. Stakeholder management Collaborate with client, tech teams and Genpact stakeholders for Governance and for solving escalations / issues. Interact with client to understand requirements. Fetch data from the Data warehouse and produce reports as per client requirements, using SAP Business Objects, Excel, VBA etc Provide assistance and troubleshoot issues faced by end users in using in house CRM tool Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end user for any data related requests or service issues Ensure integrity of data and customer delight by giving appropriate levels of access to requested tools/channels by following business rules Be able to work in high pressure environmentQualificationsMinimum qualifications Any Graduate MBA / M. Tech(preferred) Agile Certified good to have Should have managed a team size of at least 8-10 people in a reputed organization while servicing international client(s)Preferred qualificationsStrong Excel & VBA skills are a must.Good working knowledge of SAP - BusinessObjects XI(WEBI)Working knowledge of SQL and Python is an added advantage.Working knowledge of Tableau & Spotfire is an added advantage.Working knowledge of Adobe analytics, Clicktale is an added advantage.Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach.Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables. Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
