Job Description

  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for Investment Management Business. You will function as a lead developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.
  • You will have an opportunity to work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, design the solution which really fits into customer needs.
  • Your role will function as a technical expert and add additional value to the deliverables.
  • You will be expected to be focused on agile methodology of development
  • Participate in some or all activities in SDLC
  • Independently propose and implement strategic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems
  • Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical stake holders locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussions around solution/approach etc.
  • Deliver high quality change within the deadlines
  • Support application testing and maintenance for regular as well as out-of-turn releases
  • Keep up to date on technology and business domain
  • Willingness to learn new technologies/business areas, so as to contribute effectively to market
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications/ skills
  • Hands on experience in .NET Architecture, C#, WPF / SILVERIGHT, MVVM
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean code
  • Real-time multi-threaded application development
  • Organized, results focused, practical
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. C# knowledge with good understanding of OOPS
  • Experience .Net Framework 4.5 & above
  • Willing to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT
  • Putty, Comet jobs
  • Experience with RESTful services, Core .Net Framework 4.5 & above
