- US Patent/Trademark Docketing
- Non- US Patent/Trademark Docketing (high complexity owing to multiple jurisdictions the correspondence comes from and knowledge of respective IP laws)
- Trademark Managed Services
1) Review correspondence received via (e- mail, shared site) and decide whether due date/activity needs to be created in IPMS or a query needs to be routed to client/agent.
2) Based on action taken in above step a report out e- mail is created and sent to the client.
3) Work done is reviewed by Quality Analyst before reporting to the client.
Client Communication
Respond to client queries(e- mails) based on SOP.
Send e- mails to client seeking clarification on certain tasks.
Attend conference calls with client to support the supervisor with process related inputs.
