Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities:
    • Ensure Privileged Access Management service availability and resolve any issues related
    • to the service availability
    • Perform administration activities on Privileged Access Management (PAM) in
    • accordance with organization security policies and standards to secure privileged access
    • Discover new assets and privileged accounts, on-board new assets and accounts to allow
    • privileged activity through PAM
    • Configure smart rules to onboard discovered assets and accounts to PAM
    • Asset onboarding will include Windows, Unix, Network, Applications (thick and thin),
    • Service accounts, privileged accounts, etc.
    • Set and enhance privileged access strategies
    • Follow, enforce and enhance privileged access processes in day-to-day operations
    • Develop and maintain access policies for different requirements of departments to
    • allow/restrict privileged user access
    • Provide end-user training on how to leverage PAM privileged activities
    • Troubleshoot any issue reported with user privileged access through PAM
    • Manage PAM and dependent technologies and components
    • Maintain backups, session recordings and solution updates of PAM
    • Review access logs on periodic basis
    • Contribute to cleanse the solutions for the assets and account which are not needed
    • working with other leads to configuring new functionality and features
    • Perform and maintain integration with other security products such as SIEM, Backup
    • solutions, logRhythm etc.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes and asset
    • inventories, administration guides, user guides, etc.
    • Operationalize break-the-glass process for PAM, optimize it if required
    • Contribute to service improvement activities, health-checks and upgrades
    • Manage change tasks following change management process in the organization
    • Manage service request raised through ITSM portal and fulfill the SLA
    Skills Required Demonstrable experience with Privileged Access Management domain Understanding of disciplines of Security Policies and Governance Design and good hand-on skills on the following technologies:o BeyondTrust Password Safeo Multi-factor Authenticationo Windows Remote Desktop Servero Understanding on various operating systems, databases, network devices,applications (thick and thin) privileged accountso Understanding the concepts of dedicated and shared privileged accountso Understanding of utilizing AD groups and directory querieso Sound understanding on scripting languages especially AutoITo Certification on Beyond Trust Password is preferable
