Job Description

    Role & responsibilities::- Review dispute files received daily, ensuring adherence to client SOPs and guidelines.- Investigate disputes thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with establishedprocedures.- Identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.- Maintain clear documentation of dispute investigations and audit findings.- Prepare reports summarizing findings, actions taken, and any areas of concern.Preferred candidate profile:- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.- Strong communication skills to report findings and coordinate with internal teams.- Good typing skills with a typing speed of 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.- Freshers can apply.Perks and benefits:- 5 days working.- One side cab facility (during night shift only).- One time meal.
