Job Description

    Job Title: Process Analyst BPMLocation: India-Noida (Work from Office)Shift: U.S. Night Shift (Pure Night Shift)About the Role:We are hiring a Process Analyst to support a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm through our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) operations. The role involves working on Personal Injury Protection (PIP) tasks, preparing forms and legal letters, handling medical records requests, and managing document uploads, faxes, and emails through systems such as Filevine.This is a non-voice, backend support position that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and complete forms, templates, and legal letters as per case requirements.
    • Perform PIP (Personal Injury Protection)-related tasks, including documentation and follow-ups within case management systems.
    • Work on Filevine or other CRMs to update client and case information accurately.
    • Create and process medical record requests via fax and email, and track responses from medical providers.
    • Review, organize, and upload documents and records into the appropriate case folders.
    • Maintain accurate logs of correspondence, completed tasks, and pending follow-ups.
    • Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
    • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve missing information or document discrepancies.
    • Adhere strictly to SOPs, confidentiality protocols, and data security standards.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Arts, or Law).
    • 13 years of experience in an LPO, legal back-office, or document processing role.
    • Strong written communication skills in English.
    • Good email drafting skills and ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
    • Familiarity with Filevine or other case/document management systems preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
    • Strong data entry and typing skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and SOPs accurately and consistently.
    • Flexible to work in a U.S. night shift (pure night shift).
    • Reliable, sincere, and capable of handling repetitive tasks with precision.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience with Personal Injury law firm processes such as PIP, demand preparation, or medical record management.
    • Familiarity with faxing portals, document uploads, and email management tools.
    • Basic understanding of medical and legal terminology related to personal injury cases.
