Job Description

Process Associate - Property & CasualtyWe are inviting applications for the role of PA, Property & Casualty We are looking for people who can perform sorting and bill-log creation function. Also will be able to identify different record types and documents as per the process guidelines using different tools. Responsibilities: Resource will be responsible for :

  • Doing sorting of medical records received and/ or bill/invoice/statement documentation and reconciliation
  • Pre-summarization, resource will identify medical providers and dates of service
  • Post-summarization, resource will reconcile the bills/invoices/statements as per the service dates and relevance
  • Update the necessary templates as per business requirements
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • Any graduate except technical
  • Experience in back office (Preferably US insurance process) will be an advantage
Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of US Culture/ Insurance
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
