Job Description

What does a great Product Delivery Analyst III do You will be a value-driven product leader embedded in the software delivery team. This role allows you to be a strong, comfortable collaborator, having the autonomy and authority to balance the priorities of the team between Product Management, Technology, Compliance and Senior Leaders. A Product Champion, Senior has the ability to build relationships with a cross-functional group of development teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the team and stakeholders to elicit and define their detailed business and functional requirements for their core banking applications. You will design and document solutions that enable clients to achieve their objectives and business needs. This position requires leading and participation in client presentations and discussions.Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Be a product or subject matter expert in core lending banking systems. The Signature solution will be a plus.
  • Serve as an banking industry resource for team and clients
  • Elicit, analyze and document client and functional requirements including analyzing market requirements with Product Managers to understand client/market needs
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. ,
  • Ability to identify and track risks and provide a mitigation plan
  • Bring analytical thinking, problem solving, and systemic thinking to all that you do for our clients and their customers.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have a strong attention to detail and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Facilitate client meetings, presentations and panel discussions
  • Responsible for balancing priorities of work and building a work plan including the development team s project to-do list.
  • Inspiring and leading your team to meet deadlines and deliverables; to know what to measure, what level of detail and why it is important
  • Can demonstrate the ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations and plans
  • Prepare internal training documentation and provide training other teams on your project assignments
  • Be able to travel up to 15%
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • 4 year college degree related to the information systems/financial services industry or 4 years applicable work experience; commercial lending experience is a plus (CL)
  • 3 + years experience working with business and technology teams preferred including software development lifecycle experience, such Agile, Waterfall or RUP
  • Software design skills, including screen design and business workflows
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • IIBA Certified or Certified Product Owner
