Job Description

    Product DESIGNERAt Bzaar, our business centres on three core pillars - Dependable Quality, Predictable Timelines and Design Relevance. We are hiring a Senior Designer to lead the Design charter at Bzaar to offer our customers relevant design solutions. Bzaar core business today comes from hardlines.The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a proven leader who will own a large part of the end-to-end design life cycle.Responsibilities Understand and interpret fashion trends of Europe and America to develop new concepts. Collaborate with the clients design team in the development of new designs & products with our vendors Creating designs based on trends and directions provided by leading retailers from the US. Execute storyboard presentations and follow specific directions given by retailers.Development of theme boards for every collection following the trends for the season. Research moodboards and develop print, CAD and. graphics with colour separation Developing customised designs based on Client specifications. Should be able to create design basis seasons. Should have a good product and design understanding of American retailers.Qualifications Must have worked with US clients Candidates who have travelled to US are preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Design 5 years of relevant experience Excellent leadership and communication skills Successful track record, a strong eye for details and technical experience in designing & conceptual skills Strong creative professional skilled in Market Research, Design process execution & Product development serving US customers Dedicated to remaining up to date with the latest design trends while offering ideas and visuals to spark new concepts Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator Minimum 5 years of experience in buying houses with experience in hard-lines,
