While bringing deep an understanding of local markets for our customers CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.Your skills and experience 12+ years of experience in telecom industry/relevant field, preferably in transmission equipment manufacturing. Responsibilities: Pre-sales activities of GSM/3G/4G/5G transport networks by responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP.Preparation of technical clarifications, statement of compliance document, BoQ, and Solution Document.Preparing slides for end customer meetings, including proposed solutions and offered products.Bid Management - Ensuring all stakeholders involved in a bid deliver solution/deliverables per overall bid strategy and are abreast with changing requirements.Create templates and checklists for all proposal types.Interaction with team of sales, engineering and pricing team to ensure timely delivery.Delivering timely and effective solutions despite increase in the number of pre-sales/ sales activities.
