Holding weekly /daily production meetings, inventory monitoring meetings, addressing shortfalls resolving production requirements Planning of materials, manpower and machines addressing resolving quality issues. Manage production processes with optimum utilization of resources with focus on waste elimination Prepare SOP and Ensure work is done strictly adhering to SOPs to maintain desired quality standard Developing product prototypes from concept to the finished product. Involvement in first trial of components streamline the process after trials by proper work instructions allied documentations. Improvement projects to reduce cycle time, setup time, cost and human efforts. Enhance Production process using tools like KAIZEN, KANBAN, POKA YOKE, 5S. Supervise and motivate the Junior Engineers and worker. Controlling and monitoring the production process flow and adjust in the schedule as needed. Liaise closely with purchase and other departments in order to ensure timely supply of raw material and on time delivery of the finished products. Preparing the estimation of the products. Preparing list for raw material procurement and optimize the inventory level for raw material and Responsible for ordering all type of fabrication item as per monthly production plan Support for estimation of new enquiry . ,
