Job Description

    As a Web Application Team Manager, you will lead a team of web developers, designers, and other professionals in the development and maintenance of web applications. Your role is to ensure the successful delivery of projects, coordinate team efforts, and drive innovation in web development.Roles and Responsibilities :-
    • Lead and manage a web development team.
    • Oversee project planning and execution.
    • Ensure web applications meet quality and security standards.
    • Allocate resources, manage budgets, and address client needs.
    • Stay updated with web technologies and promote innovation.
    • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and performance monitoring
    Qualifications and Skills Required:-
    • 3 years of experience
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience in web application development and project management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of web technologies, programming languages, and development tools.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive web design
