Job Description

    JobRole:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage theoperations for large-scale infrastructure projects (i.e. Smart Electricity Meter Installationetc.). This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-endrecruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring to fulfill their business requirement andmanage staffing needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with Client & department heads to forecast staffing needs forinfrastructure projects.
    • Develop plans to meet short-term and long-term staffing goals.
    • Analyze market trends and talent availability specific to the infrastructure domain.
    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Liaise with department heads, and clients to align business objectives with projecttimelines.
    • Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address challenges.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the recruitment team and externalpartners.
    Team Management:
    • Lead recruiters and field team, providing mentorship, training, and performancefeedback.
    • Set clear targets and ensure the team meets deadlines for hiring deliverables.
    Process Improvement:
    • Establish streamlined processes for high-volume and specialized hiring.
    • Introduce innovative tools and methods to improve efficiency and quality of staffingbusiness.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, andoffer acceptance rates.
    Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client agreements duringrecruitment.
    • Maintain comprehensive reports on hiring activities, project progress, and teamperformance.
    • Maintain and track timely Billing & Collection from clients.
    Education & ExperienceGraduation with at-least 5 years of experience in managing business for infrastructure orconstruction industry preferably from Smart Electricity Meter Industry. Incumbent shouldhave strong networking and relationship building skills within the infrastructure industry.
