Job Description

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and establishing productive relationships with key personnel and clients. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients effectively during calls and emails. Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects and establish relationships with key personnel and clients- Coordinate with various departments within the organization- Document all client requests and comments for timely feedback- Achieve strategic customer objectives and account plans- Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs- Conduct online meetings with clients to manage performance objectivesQualifications Required:- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager roles- Exposure to US/International clients preferred- Candidates with Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Technical Skills preferred- Sound computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointIn addition to the above, the company is looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a sincere attitude to join their team.
