Job Description

  • Team management and project coordination
  • Performance monitoring and optimum utilization of resources
  • Guides and mentors the team as SME in Solar projects
  • Be hands-on and lead the team showing technical expertise on Solar projects
  • Develops project approaches that demonstrate and utilize advanced geo-processing, mapping and visualization, editing and data compilation, data management, linear referencing, network analysis, mobile GIS and modeling
  • Translates business requirements into functional specifications
  • Responsible for documenting business processes and identifying effective solutions for Solar project particularly
  • Prepares presentations and participates in project interviews
  • Prepares hours estimation and cost to perform required services
  • Prepares and maintains detailed project schedules
  • Prepares progress reports on a daily, weekly or as per need basis
  • Validates, updates and maintains all project documents
  • Monitors and manages Solar project performance, scope, quality, risks and schedule for all assigned projects
  • Sets and continuously manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Should be able to manage client effectively
  • Should be able to do quality management & improvement in Solar projects
Required Skill:
  • PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is desired. Willingness to obtain PMP certification is required
  • Ability to manage multiple Solar projects simultaneously
