We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Spanish Language Project Manager. This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and facilitating effective communication between our team and clients in the Spanish-speaking market.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, editors, designers, and developers.
    Client Communications
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients.
    • Facilitate regular communication to understand client requirements and expectations.
    • Provide updates on project progress and address any client concerns promptly.
    Quality Assurance
    • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
    Translation Oversight:
    • Coordinate translation efforts for content from various languages into Spanish.
    • Work closely with translators to maintain linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
    Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and milestones achieved.
    • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
    • Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
    • B2 level of certification in Spanish Language
    • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Communication, Business).
    • Proven experience in project management within a digital publishing or content creation environment.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
    • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
