Immediate Joiners will be preferred.Job Responsibilities:Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Should possess knowledge of Java development /an acumen to check the progress on java development done by the teamProvide technology strategy planningIntegrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectivenessMeeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Prepares and completes action plans.Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actionsQualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field Extensive hands on experience on project management and related fields Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through SDLC.
