Sr.Specialist Advsr to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Delivery lead with account management experienceMandatory skillsShould be from a delivery background with account management experience Knowledge of enterprise wide financial processes including support for planning, modelling, forecasting, tracking, reconciling, and its associated reports expense analysis, variance analysis, YoY and QoQ comparison etc. Hands on experience with enterprise financial accounting software, preferably SAP Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially excel. Advanced excel techniques involving formulas, pivot tables, charting desirable Experience in preparing excel based financial reports and analyses Ability to interpret tool based data and generate appropriate management reports Experience with data extraction from different sources and integrate them as per business rules Ability to interact with various stakeholders and define processes Should be able to work as an independent person - there will be minimal supervision.Desirable SkillsAbility to prepare MS powerpoint presentations Presentation of budget vs actual. Prepare customer facing reports Managing exceptions Complex and timely proactive forecasting and analysisGeneral Duties and TasksKeep track of contracts / CRs Interact with internal groups to set up appropriate WBS in line with contracts Assignment of resources to WBS Assist in centralized resource control in discussion with towers MFA Hardware token control for resources - handle ordering , registration allocation and dispatch to resources Handle suppliers / vendors through ARIBA / Crow Canyon Analyse / Approve time entries of teams and match with cost models Working with the towers to ensure compliance to cost model Prepare time sheets, and interact with PM / customer PM for approval Verify invoicing , prepare projections. Approve invoice proformas Interact with Customer AP groups for invoice payment followups AR management Participate in financial / P&L reviews Interact with Enterprise finance, accounting, Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable groups in NTT, customer and suppliers. Coordinate with the above departments to monitor day to day tasks like invoicing, AR, and vendor billing Position is task oriented. Day to day, periodic and adhoc tasks should be executed keeping project timelines in mind. This is an independent position. The incumbent should be able to figure out alternatives to roadblocks - escalations should be a last resort. He / she should be able to leverage all contacts across various departments to achieve his / her objective.
