NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN- UP), India (IN). Position Functions or Responsibilities: Responsibility and ownership of Service Delivery improvement programs across our Data Center Service lines for Accounts in various industry segments Deliver data- driven thought leadership and creativity for operational improvement Work on complex problems to track and drive actions across cross- functional teams. Analyzes the Service Level achievements compared to SLAs. Apply statistical data analysis & data mining techniques in order to establish baseline and find the gaps/ opportunities in delivery transformation Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the ITSM processes by leveraging Data generated from various sources of Enterprise IT Systems & Monitoring tools Identification and Implementation of Automation within IT Infrastructure Managed Services Six Sigma/ LEAN based approach & management of all on- going improvement initiatives as well as controlling and reporting on sustaining initiatives Proactively identify and own the execution of Improvement opportunities in conjunction with customer s Business strategy & Innovation To keep self- abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the best practices Requirements Delivery and hands- on experience in Managed Network Services, Network Operations, Network Voice and Telecom Service Area Exposure to various Automation Platforms such as BMC Automation Orchestrator, IPSoft and etc Exposure to Network and Telecom Monitoring Solutions, Event Correlation and Consolidation processes Excellent statistical data modeling and 6 Sigma certification with 5 years of experience Able to work independently and efficiently, self- starter and highly motivated Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s degree is required; Masters preferred Fluency on ITIL principles and ITIL. Should have strong understanding of ITIL Service Management Processes and must have experience in two or more ITIL Operational Processes Excellent communication Skills with a track record of engagement across Service Operations, Service Management to Executive Level This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
