Company Turnkey projects of HVAC / Ventilation / Air Pollution Control Systems Designation - Project Sales Manager having 8 - 10 yrs of experience with direct sales exposure to HVAC and Air Pollution Control industry, consultants, HVAC / EPC contractors, OEM companies, PSUs , must have worked preferably with manufacturing company or with HVAC reputed companies. Location Delhi NCR Qualification BE (mechanical) with HVAC project Background Experience 8 to 10 years in Project Sales Salary - to commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:Develop & generate new business for the company.Strategizing & implementing business decisions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability.To acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.Work closely with private/public sector companies and project consultants to ensure Ventechs products are specified and mentioned in the approved supplier list.Complete all necessary steps from opportunity development, follow up and closing of the sale.Utilize application knowledge to efficiently process customer information, respond to inquiries, and address any customer issues in a timely fashion.Travel to customer locations as required; present company products, services, and pricing information in a professional manner. Developing new GOVT.based clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business. Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.Preparation of client quotations and Tender.Managing activities pertaining to negotiations/finalization of deals (techno-commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their pain areas/ concerns.Analyzing costs of the project and co-ordinate with the planning and Purchase department.Preparation & getting approval on technical submittal from Client & consultant.Coordinate with various departments as necessary, like Designing, Procurement, Execution and report to Sr. Manager/Director in assessing and recording on-site progressRequired Skills/Experience:
