Job Description

    Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of project supervisor. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities for project supervisor
    • Perform daily oversight of team activities
    • Primary point of contact for functional business area
    • Ensure process documentation is up-to-date and maintained
    • Health and Safety issues on assigned projects
    • Responsible for reviewing operational procedures to ensure correct Health and Safety action plans
    • Leads the project team responsible for the project delivery
    • Establishing a strong line of communication with related function to ensure projects are completed as efficiently as possible
    • Regularly tracking and reporting project status with management team
    • Driving and ensuring the quality of projects, achieving the completion goal of all projects
    • Analyzing existing service process, proposing the project of optimization and implementing successfully
    Qualifications for project supervisor
    • 4-5 years project management experience (preferably for an internal design team)
    • Bachelors degree or higher with focus on Project Management preferred
    • Desired candidate will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, supervisory or management experience, knowledge of basic accounting and/or mathematics principles, aptitude for human resources management, the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    • Must be able to take instruction in a positive manner
    • Training specifically relating to the NSS-EOUSA business and government contracting will be provided
    • To ensure that all operatives are fully productive, cost efficient and maintain a professional image
