The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks. As a QA Automation Engineer at Xotiv Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of automated test. scripts.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) to validate software functionality and performance Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency, reliability, and test coverage Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the codebase Work closely with manual testers to coordinate testing efforts and ensure comprehensive test coverage across all platforms and devices Monitor test environments and collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure availability and stability of test infrastructure Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in automation testing and incorporate them into our testing processesRequirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong foundation in test automation principles and methodologies Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred Qualifications: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols Familiarity with mobile application testing on iOS and Android platforms Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStackJoining Xotiv Technologies offers you the opportunity to work on innovative projects with a passionate and talented team, in a supportive and inclusive environment.
