Job Description

Real estate sales experience must required
Responsible for Sales of the company.
Responsible for developing channel partners for the Projects.
Meeting and greeting clients visiting the offices.
Following up leads generated.
Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.
Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.
Responsible for generating leads for business.
Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.

Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales process
Professionalism, integrity, responsibility and accountability
Previous experience in Real Estate specifically in Commercial Property sales
Knowledge about Noida real estate market will be a plus
Persistent and proactive
Excellent communicator with good negotiating skills
Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team playing ability
Candidate should be comfortable for meeting
