Job Description

    Hiring forReceptionistroleLocation: Noida sec-63We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to handle front desk responsibilities and assist with administrative tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
    • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
    • Manage office appointments and scheduling.
    • Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and professional at all times.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
    • Coordinate deliveries and mail distribution.
    • Support the HR and office team with various tasks as required.
    • Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor and employee access.
    • Handle basic inquiries about the company and its services.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
    • 0-5 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office role (freshers are also welcome to apply).
    • Knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
