While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. Sales support & customer success (SS&CS): You will join the CSSO team (Centralized SSO) in Sales support & customer success (SS&CS) unit which is responsible to drive sales opportunity funnel management, build robust funnel through markets and driving of business updates. You will be a part of a team whose goal is to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with their team mates on the progress and challenges.What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, we are looking for:
    • A Sales operations professional who works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to improvements in business outcome.
    • A professional who is able to generate meaningful analysis that can be presented to senior management on periodic basis
    • A professional who coordinates small projects with limited risks and resource requirement
    • A professional who contributes to performance analytics and business insights (MBRs)
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • Overall more than 10 years of working/relevant experience with must have hands on experience on providing appropriate Sales Ops support to the frontline (Key user and first line support), being their main point of contact for processes and tools, by owning, documenting and clearly communicating sales process.
    • Coordinates sales programme or processes and tools operation, or handles analytics, tracking and reporting.
    • Provides training to colleagues on sales operations topics
    • Good analytical Skills, Business insight and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data.
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Good sales pipeline and financial understanding
    • MS Excel and ppt (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, etc.)
    • Good understanding of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Master Data (CMD), Einstein Analytics for reporting, Power BI
    • Articulation and visualization of presentations to senior mgmt
    • Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
    • Work experience in formatting documents (MS Word, Excel, Ppt)
    • Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
    • Prior experience of having maintained/ developed Operation reports through Data Mining/Crunching in the past would be a significant plus.
