Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Executive, Kindly find the below details :Location- Noida Sector 3, Near Noida sector 16 Metro station.Experience- 0-2 Years (freshers are welcome)Job description :
    • Using various channels to source candidates.
    • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
    • Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing.
    • Coordination with the client directly.
    • Follow up with the candidates.
    • Taking short interviews of candidates and scheduling their interviews.
    • End to end recruitment.
    Required profile :
    • 0-2 years of experience in Bulk Hiring / Freshers with good communication skills are most welcome.
    • Full Time job opportunity.
    Education:
    • Any Graduate or UG fresher can apply.
    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills required.
    Salary Structure:
    • As per the interview score and experience.
    • Incentives as per the performance.
