Job Description

    Job Purpose:JustJob, powered by Vision India Services Pvt Ltd, is seeking dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Specialists (On Demand) to support our multinational clients recruitment needs. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in IT and Non-IT hiring through the JustJob platform. Selected candidates will receive training on the clients recruitment management software and have the flexibility to work onsite or remotely.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, utilizing the JustJob platform for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
    • Work with the clients recruitment management software to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.
    • Source top talent through various channels such as JustJob, job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Engage with candidates in different Indian and foreign languages (training will be provided).
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
    • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities in compliance with client requirements using the JustJob platform.

    Experience and Qualification:
    • Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment (0 to 10 years of experience). Strong skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
    • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply.
