The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employees in their HR needs.Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date.
    • Process employee onboarding, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Assist with employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
    • Coordinate employee training sessions and professional development opportunities.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide information and assistance as needed.
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
    • Manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
    • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and sensitive employee data.
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR management.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
