As a PLC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in designing, programming, and maintaining advanced control systems for our industrial automation processes.Key Responsibilities:
    • PLC Programming: Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram languages. Design and implement control strategies for servo systems, including motion control, positioning, and synchronization.
    • Servo Systems Integration: Integrate servo drives, motors, and controllers with PLC systems to achieve precise and efficient control of mechanical systems. Configure and fine-tune servo parameters for optimal performance and responsiveness.
    • HMI Development: Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly HMIs to facilitate operator interaction with the control system. Create visual displays, control panels, alarms, and data logging features to monitor and control industrial processes effectively.
    • SCADA Implementation: Configure and program SCADA systems to monitor and control distributed processes and equipment. Develop real-time displays, trends, alarms, and reporting functionalities to enable efficient supervision and decision-making.
    • System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC, servo, HMI, and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among these components. Configure communication protocols and interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, OPC) for data exchange between different subsystems.
    • Testing and Debugging: Conduct comprehensive testing of PLC, servo, HMI, and SCADA systems to identify and resolve any issues or anomalies. Debug and troubleshoot control system problems, both in the software and hardware domains, and implement effective solutions.
    • Maintenance and Upgrades: Provide support for the maintenance and upgrades of existing control systems. Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, optimize performance, and implement system enhancements.
    • Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and system diagrams, to facilitate system installation, operation, and troubleshooting. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
