    1. Panel Sales Manager with a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BTech) to lead our sales efforts in the panel industry. The Panel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the panel market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to customers.Key Responsibilities:
      1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the panel market and achieve sales targets. Identify key market segments and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
      2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including panel manufacturers, contractors, and distributors. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
      3. Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge of panel products and applications to effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients. Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
      4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote panel products and services.
      5. Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide guidance, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
      6. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
      7. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelors degree in Engineering (BTech) or related field.
      • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the panel industry.
      • Strong technical background with knowledge of panel products and applications.
      • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
