Job Description

    Job Title: Research Analyst/ Senior Research AnalystCompany Type: Supply chain and Brand Protection Industry Job Type: Full time Location: Noida, Sector 16, India Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to conduct online research, perform secondary research, and analyze information across eCommerce platforms, social media, and public databases. The role involves identifying infringing sellers, websites, and counterfeit listings, carrying out data mining, preparing structured datasets and reports using MS Excel, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, research, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) rights and Power BI being an advantage.Qualifications
    • University degree in a relevant field
    • Tech / BA / BBA / BCA / MBA / Post-graduation in any specialization
    Required Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of web research, especially eCommerce and social media platforms
    • Basic understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) rights
    • Ability to analyze platform-specific information
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
    • Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Social media knowledge (added advantage)
    • Excellent analytical and secondary research skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    Job Responsibilities
    • Conduct online research using public sources, social media, and online databases
    • Identify infringing sellers, websites, and counterfeit listings
    • Perform in-depth secondary research on assigned topics
    • Carry out data mining and prepare structured datasets using MS Excel
    • Prepare monthly reports and documentation
    • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines
    • Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
