The company has associate partnerships with leading brands such as Kramer, Crestron, CISCO, Polycom, Harman, and Biamp.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Resident Engineer role located in Noida. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual and unified communication systems for Tech Connect clients. The role involves interfacing with clients and other. team members to ensure effective implementation of solutions based on their requirements. The Resident Engineer is also required to provide post-sales support and resolve system-related issues.Job Description Serves as a resident engineer at customer site on mid- to large size projects. Make sure to understand the complete escalation matrix. Escalate the issue reported at site to the correct person and making sure it gets fixed in time, without delay. Should be ensure all AV equipment should be in working condition before start of any Event/Meeting/Quarterly Business Review. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, availability, and security Daily Checklist Management. Should take frequent daily rounds of office area to check all equipments are operational. Escalates the issue to the internal team and request for assistance if not able to solve the issue on their own. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for extended support. Review and optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks and recovery strategies. Discuss and understand the AV requirement for events/meetings with customer department coordinator and arrange set up accordingly. Ensure equipments are installed according to designated layout. Making sure entry of the engineer(s) aligned is done within the customer premises on time. Giving inputs in the handover documents and making sure it is completed and submitted to the client with the given TAT.Qualifications Technical knowledge of audio-visual, unified communications, and networking systems Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual and unified communication systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work with clients and deliver solutions based on their requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Good project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Science or a related field Industry certifications such as CTS, CCNA, or CCNP are desirable,
