Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Store Operations:Oversee daily store activities to ensure that operations run efficiently, meeting performance goals, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
    • Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure regular stock-taking procedures are conducted. Maintain optimal inventory to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
    • Sales Performance:Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve sales, drive revenue growth, and achieve store targets.
    • Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Manage shift scheduling, delegate tasks, and ensure all staff members are meeting performance expectations.
    • Customer Relationship Management:Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
    • Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff performance to senior management. Use data to identify areas of improvement.
    • Financial Management:Manage store finances, including cash handling, budgeting, and controlling operational expenses. Ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain expense control.
    • Merchandising:Maintain visually appealing product displays and store layout to optimize product placement and enhance the shopping experience.
    • Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations. Implement procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
