Job Description

Duties:

  • Engaging with retention operations management to identify and agree the portfolio of DX Renewals
  • Facilitate regular renewal readiness meetings with the related stakeholders from the regional CSM and RSS Team to create timely and accurate outlook entries in the System
  • Engaging proactively with the regional teams in the field to coach them and respond to specific questions and to assist in driving customer retention
  • Engaging as required with Business Partners in Account Management, Customer Success Management, Sales, Legal, Finance, Order Management, etc. to resolve occurring issues related to renewal opportunities
  • Supporting in securing and validating orders on time, driving maximum in quarter retention rates overall
  • Managing the regional opportunity pipeline together with the RSS leadership from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management and the related stakeholders on progress and outlook
  • Attaining quarterly targets for attrition budget outcomes
Skills: Experience/Qualification Required:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business discipline
  • Experience in a similar /related function (e.g. Inside Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Services Renewals Sales/Operations)
  • Strong numeracy skills, including intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in operating in a remotely based environment (Video conference/email based)
  • Demonstrable experience in a role involving critical thinking: i.e. ability to analyze issues, make decisions and problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting.
  • Pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required.
  • Experience in performance management - ability to recognize key performance indicators, ensure ongoing self-driven monitoring and ability to collate information into clear and succinct management reports
  • Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Excel and Sharepoint, SAP / Siebel CRM, Salesforce, Power BI or similar analytical and information management applications
  • Experience in a role demonstrating excellent time management, able to analyze workload and prioritize time based on changing priorities constantly
  • Task-oriented, with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand in time
  • Able to manage and handle conflict professionally, and to drive to resolution.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to achieve results by leveraging resources not under your direct control, and tag-team with the related regional stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Strong written and verbal English ability
Education:
  • Shift-12 PM to 9 PM IST
  • 4+
Highly Desirable:
  • Significant experience operating in a similar capacity, directly managing or partnering a portfolio of services or products with stakeholders via direct and indirect channels
  • A proven ability to build strong, trust based relationships with business partners inside and outside the organization, and to leveraging all available resources to support the business process of renewals
  • A background in retention operations / renewals in a high-technology environment, supporting high value Enterprise customers / technology partners in sales situations
