Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our agile team, working on innovative web applications in the real estate and map-based data sectors. Youll lead the development of new features, guide a small team of engineers, and tackle complex, data-heavy problems.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead development of new features for popular products.
    • Serve as a senior developer and technical lead on real estate and map-based products.
    • Work with large datasets (e.g., crime statistics, schools, neighborhoods).
    • Maintain and upgrade products with the latest technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 3-5 years designing complex, data-heavy web applications.
    • 2 years of frontend development (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS).
    • 2-5 years with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and AWS.
    • Experience with Web API development and Agile practices.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with HAML, SASS, and data mining.
