  • Plan and implement ohs policies and programs as per kore, q-dec and company requirements.
  • Strengthen safety culture in plant & warehouses.
  • Strengthen wtp system and contract management system in plant & warehouses.
  • Advice and lead employees on various safety-related topics such as bbs, tool box talk, etc.
  • Prepare educational Training and webinars on a regular basis.
  • Review existing policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all the rules and regulations as per protocol.
  • Conduct risk assessment and impalement control.
  • Enforce preventative measures and planned.
  • Implementation for safety management system as per iso 45001: 2008.
  • Prepare and present reports monthly safety committee, ltir, tir & Nnarness etc. other reporting.
  • Workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees safety.
  • Conducting and documenting an initial assessment of the workplace to identify and evaluate
  • environmental and worker safety risks from the handling, storage, use and disposal of compressed
  • gases, and the controls used to mitigate those risks.
  • Implement procedures to identify the contents and associated hazards of compressed gas cylinders,
  • storage vessels and piping, in compliance with the companys managing hazardous materials
Requirements.
  • Diploma in rli/ nebosh
  • Min. 12 years of experience (automobile / chemical / beverage industry preferred)
  • Experience in duPont safety System is a must
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal Skills
  • Leadership quality to lead a team with decision making ability to train them for safety environment.
