    Sales ExecutiveJob descriptionWe are looking for a Sales Executive for Faridabad location.Role & responsibilities:
    • Building and maintaining relationship with potential customers for real estate as well as the developers team
    • Presenting the projects to clients and negotiating with the clients as well as real estate developers.
    • Helping the customers with documentation of loans and other papers for agreement.
    • Responsible for selling Real Estate in Commercial and Residential.
    • Maintaining Strong Relationships with Developers, Real estate corporates, third-party Channels, New and Existing Clients.
    • Performing Market analysis to identify clients needs, Project details, Price Schedules, and Discount rates.
