Job Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as aSales ExecutiveatReal Estate CompanyinNoida. TheSales Executivewill be responsible for developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also oversee residential property sales,commercial real estate solutions, investment advisory, and property management services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional real estate experience for clients.Responsibilities:
    1. Generate leads and build relationships with potential buyers.
    2. Conduct property site visits, provide property details, and address customer queries.
    3. Assist in closing sales and ensure a smooth transaction process.
    4. Meet monthly targets.
    5. Stay updated on market trends and local property prices.
    Qualifications:Graduate in any stream.
    1. Must be based in Noida and have a strong understanding of the local area
    2. 3 months to2 years of experience in sales (real estate mandatory).
    3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
    4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
